1. What does the “Youth Development Committee” (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”) receive for the “Exchange Group” to visit Hong Kong?
Answer: Except for transportation to and from Hong Kong and 3 meals with young people in Hong Kong, all transportation, boarding and lodging in Hong Kong and visits to Universities(or Schools) or private institutions are free of charge!

2. Will the “Talent Reveal Association” (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) purchase insurance for exchange tour visiting Hong Kong?
Answer: Yes. “the Association” will purchase personal accident insurance and medical insurance for each participant of the visiting exchange tour. The insurance policy should be provided to the Universities(Schools) or institution for keeping before the delegation visits Hong Kong.

3. Can the “Exchange Group” change the exchange schedule when visiting Hong Kong, for example: visited Universities(Schools), government departments…etc?
Answer: “the Association” will draft an itinerary in accordance with the standards required by the “Committee” and submit it to the Universities(Schools) or organization for revision 14 days before departure. “The Association” will try its best to coordinate with the visiting Universities(Schools), government departments… etc.!

4. The “Committee” needs to participate in the “Exchange Tour” Universities(Schools) or organizations to provide “Letters of Intent to Host Hong Kong Youth” and “Letters of Intent to Visit Hong Kong”. What is the role?
Answer: The two letters of intent confirm the sincerity and existence of the Universities(Schools) or institution! If the “exchange tour” is cancelled, although there is no legal responsibility for recovery, it may be regarded as a list of non-qualified applicants in the future.

5. In addition to the “committee” requesting two letters of intent, the school or institution also needs to sign a “Memorandum of Cooperation” drafted by the “Committee”. What is the purpose?
Answer: The “Exchange Tour” is a cross-regional cooperation. In order to make the entire exchange group smooth, safe and reduce misunderstandings, the “Memorandum of Cooperation” must be drafted as the guide for the cooperation between the two parties of the “exchange tour”.

6. If a school or institution implements the “Exchange Tour”, what are the steps?
Answer: 1/Provide 2 copies of “Letter of Intent”; 2/ University(School) or organization and the “Association” plan the exchange date and exchange itinerary content; 3/Before the exchange tour departs, we may send personnel members to visit on site ;4/ Both parties must sign a “Memorandum of Cooperation “.

7. What is the limit on the number of people participating in the “Exchange Tour”?
Answer: The “committee” requires that “the association” and the ” exchange tour ” of the school or institution be consistent. For example, if the “Association” sends 60 students to participate, the Universities(Schools) or institution must send 60 people to participate. And only 30 people are allowed to exempt 1 teacher over the age of 35 to participate.

8. What is the accommodation introduction of the “Exchange Group”?
